Amber Zwick began her legal career in Stark County,
Ohio in 2018, where she worked as an Assistant
Prosecuting Attorney in the Stark County
Prosecutor’s Office.
During her time as a prosecutor, she worked in the Juvenile Division to prosecute juvenile delinquency cases and was a member of the Promise Court Team which provided court intervention for youths who were victims of or high risk for human trafficking. She then moved to the criminal division where she spent her time in jury trials prosecuting felony domestic violence.
After her time in the prosecutor’s office, she was hired as an associate attorney in a family law firm where she handled divorces, dissolutions, child custody, and civil protection orders prior to joining Fout Law Office as an associate in 2022.

Amber is a board member for Hannah’s House 119 and a board member for Safe Harbor. Both non-profits focus on the safety and futures for young women in the community. Amber is a member of the Stark County Juvenile Human Trafficking Task Force. She is also a member of the Tusky Valley Trojan Foundation, a non-profit that provides scholarships for Tusky Valley High School Seniors. Amber is active with Community Bible Church in Canal Fulton. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Malone University for the Criminal and Restorative Justice Department.
